| Can I use/edit/trace/repost your art? | You can only repost/use if it's a commission or a gift that I have done for you. In any other case I'll report the post. |
| Can I use your oc/drawing for my fanfic/roleplay/shifting? | No. But if you want to include my OCs in your story or create interactions with them (respecting their backstories), just let me know and we can do it! |
| Can I draw your oc? | If you feel inspired by any of them, you can do it but always making good use of them. |

General
• My Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.• Personal use only. You're free to repost your commission.• Re-selling or selling any of my illustrations as a NFT and feed my artwork to an AI is completely prohibited.• I may (or may not) publish the process/final drawing in any of my social media at any moment unless you specifically ask me not to do so.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission.• I don't totally imitate styles, I mix them with my own style. Also, some details of my style may change through time due to practice and improvement.• You must respect my creative freedom.• I need a full colored reference of the characters or text and visual refs. (It doesn't have to be perfect, I just have to be able to see and understand all the details). Please, be brief and specific.
Waiting list
• You can determine which dates you will take your slot, but you must contact me again on that date. If you do not contact me within 2 weeks of your indicated date, you will be removed from the waiting list.
• If you don't set a date, I'll contact you when I have a free slot to take your order, but if you don't respond within a week, I'll move on to the next order.
If you do not respond within 2 weeks, you will be removed from the waiting list.
• Once you have been removed, you will not be able to request a slot on the waiting list again.
• If you still want a slot, you must take an slot for an immediate commission. After that, you will be able to reapply for a slot on the waiting list at any time.
Copyright and Usage Policy
• As the artist, I own full rights to the artwork commissioned.
• You are only purchasing the digital file, not the ownership of the art.• As a commissioner, you are allowed to: Re-post or re-upload the artwork to any website with proper credit. Make prints or products for personal use only. Use the artwork for decoration on any personal account with proper credit and for non-profit purposes.• As a commissioner, you are not allowed to: Change, modify, edit, copy or trace any of my artwork without my explicit written permission. Reproduce my artwork commercially or profit from my work in any way. Take credit for the artwork.• Any artwork that you re-post, re-upload, or re-distribute must be properly credited (You can just add "Yuuterzy" as credit).
Payment
• My prices are not negotiable.• Payment must be made via Paypal. All prices are in USD.• I do occasionally accept DeviantArt points (80points = 1 USD), but please check with me first.• Full payment is required upfront before I start work on your commission.• Payment plans are available for payments of $150 and over.
Process & Delivery
• By commissioning me, you agree to wait up to 2 months for me to finish your commission. It usually takes way less time than that, but please just keep this in mind. Waiting time varies depending on my current workload, the details of your commission (size, complexity, etc), and any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise. You will be notified if something delays your commission.• I won't tolerate being rushed. So please, don't ask every day about the progress. You can ask me for my Trello link to see the progress of your order.• I always wait for your approval of the sketch before doing the lineart/painting. If you commissioned a clean sketch, I will send you a rough sketch for approval before cleaning it.• I only agree to make changes to the illustration in the sketch phase, but please make sure you are clear about your idea, I will not completely redo the sketch. After receiving the final product only minor changes, color adjustments or details I may have forgotten can be made for free.• You will only receive a full-resolution PNG digital file.• You are responsible for your commission once it is delivered (you can ask me to send it to you by email). I cannot promise to keep it after a few months as I delete them after a while for storage space reasons.
Refund Policy
• If the commission is cancelled before work has started, then you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to my discretion.
• No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
• If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

after reading my tos, you can send me a message via deviantart, instagram or vGen to request a slot.

after my confirmation i will add you to my list which you can access to see the progress of your commission.
you can contact me at any time if you have questions about it or if you forgot to add a little detail.

i will send you the first sketch for you to make corrections, once you approve it I will continue
and send you your commission finished.
